Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 18.00 hrs (local time) on the day preceding your original day of arrival. In this case, the advance you have paid will be returned to you within7 days from the day you have applied for your booking to be cancelled. In case you cancel your booking after this deadline, or in case you fail to arrive at the Hotel on your booked arrival day, you will be charged with 50.00% of your booking value. In order for your booking to be guaranteed, you will be required to provide your credit card details, or to make a prepayment for 50.00% of your total booking value, using an online payment system.
